• The piercing fee does not include jewellery. Jewellery is chosen and paid for on the day of your appointment. Jewellery options can be viewed in-studio and on our webstore - not everything is listed online and our stock can change at any time.

• No ID = No piercings. If you do not provide the correct I.D we will not refund the fee paid at the time of booking.

• ID must be brought to your appointment. Under 16s must bring photographic government-issued ID for themselves and photographic I.D must also be provided by a parent or legal guardian who is accompanying clients under the age of 16. Please read our full ID requirements and age policies before booking.

• If you have to move your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can re-arrange your booking. If you do not show up to your appointment then we will retain your piercing fee.
