If you have any questions please use the ‘contact us’ function at the top of the page.
The piercing fee does not include jewellery. Jewellery is chosen and paid for on the day of your appointment.
No ID = No piercings. If you do not provide the correct I.D we will not refund the fee paid at the time of booking.
ID must be brought to your appointment. Under 16s must bring photographic government-issued ID for themselves and photographic I.D must also be provided by a parent or legal guardian who is accompanying clients under the age of 16. Please read our full ID requirements and age policies before booking.
If you have to move your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can re-arrange your booking. If you do not show up to your appointment then we will retain your piercing fee.
